Normal Fitness Center Hours: Monday through Friday 6:00 am – 9:00 pm / Saturday and Sunday 8:00 am – 6:00 pm
**Extended hours available with the purchase of a Key Fob. With Fob, you can access Fitness Center from 5:00 a.m. – 11:00 p.m. every day.**

Walking/Fitness Trail Hours – Dawn until Dusk
CTC is now the area’s newest and finest fitness, tennis and swim club! Our 3800 sq. ft. fitness facility has been a fantastic addition to the Club. Members are welcome to use the fitness center at their convenience during the hours posted here, or make an appointment with Certified Fitness Trainer Wylie Faw to help you get started. Also, try our new two mile Fitness/Walking Trail that winds through the beautiful woods surrounding CTC! Maps are available at each trail head.
Individual sessions with Wylie are $42/hour or $21/half-hour.
Certified Fitness Trainer, Wylie Faw, received his American Council on Exercise (ACE) Certification in 2000, and is currently studying for his Advanced ACE Certification. He has experience training all populations to achieve their personal goals, including weight loss, strength, aerobic, flexibility and sport specific conditioning using the most current fitness protocols. Wylie received his B.S. from the Rochester Institute of Technology.
He is a participating member of IDEA Health and Fitness Association and a member of the US Powerlifting Federation. We are pleased to welcome Wylie to our team!
